Katy Perry, 26, adds a splash of color on the cover of Elle's March issue, on newsstands February 15. She tells magazine that she was often mocked for having a bustier figure as a teen. "I had enormous boobs that I didn't know what to do with, so I wore minimizers, which were not cute," says the star, who estimates she's shed about 15 pounds since her youth. The worst part? "Those thick-ass straps! I got made fun of for the over-the-shoulder boulder holder, and all I wanted was to look like Kate Moss. Despite her sexy stage persona, Perry insists she's really just the girl next door.
