After hitting the jackpot in her recent divorce settlement with the "Frasier" star -- and facing a custody battle for their kids -- Camille has returned to the show's second-season tapings "subdued."
So much so that Bravo producers are finding her character -- which provided a lot of the crazy entertainment in Season 1 -- "really boring," according to sources, one of whom added, "Producers have told Camille she has to start being more interesting and causing more drama."
"Nobody knows what's in that divorce settlement," says a source close to the show. "But I would not be surprised if she could not discuss certain things. She's checking what comes out of her mouth, and the producers are pushing for the cast to be as naughty and as full-on as possible."
A rep for Camille said sternly, "We have never discussed Season 2, and won't." A Bravo rep also declined to comment.
The network has not announced the new season cast or when it will begin airing, but reports say all original members are back.

"She will fight like hell to keep her children with her, being raised by her, exactly where the children wish to be," a close friend of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tells PEOPLE.
Kelsey Grammer, 56, filed for sole custody of Mason, 9, and Jude, 6, in L.A. County Superior Court last week. The filing offers Camille time with the kids during half of their summer and half of their winter breaks.
Last year, Kelsey relocated to New York City where he starred in the Broadway musical La Cage Aux Folles. He met flight attendant Kayte Walsh during this time and announced his split from Camille last summer. The two were divorced in February and Kelsey married Walsh later that month. The couple reside in New York City, while Camille lives in Los Angeles with her and Kelsey's children.
"He abandoned his family and got married within months of separating from Camille, all of which speaks volumes about his parenting and his respect for his current children," says the friend, who describes Camille, 42, as a "loving and compassionate mother."
"Camille looks forward to a full and complete professional evaluation," the friend continues, "which she is more than confident will show her to be the more appropriate person to be primarily responsible for the custody of the children."
Asked to comment on Kelsey's court filing, a rep for the actor told PEOPLE, "The filing speaks for itself."

Camille Grammer is privately blasting her ex-husband Kelsey Grammer over his bid to get sole custody of their children ... telling friends the kids have already made it clear ... they want to live with her.
Sources close to Camille tell TMZ ... after Kelsey filed the legal papers today in L.A. County Superior Court, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star called the move "another act of creepishness and chutzpah."
But we're told Camille ain't worried -- because she strongly believes their 6-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter are on her side. Camille has also told friends she will "fight like hell" to keep her kids with her ... "exactly where the children wish to be."
Our sources say Camille is ADAMANT Kelsey shouldn't get sole custody because he "abandoned his family and fathered a child out of wedlock … which speaks volumes about his parenting."
As we previously reported, Camille had been open to the idea of shared custody before Kelsey filed the docs today -- but now ... the gloves are off.

Kelsey’s lawyers filed legal documents today, May 17, in L.A. County Superior Court, which stated that the former Frasier star is trying to rip physical custody of his kids, Mason, 9, and Jude, 6, away from Camille.
Kelsey, 56, is asking for joint legal, but sole physical custody of his son and daughter, although it is unsure where the kids would live if he were to win the war. He is currently in Chicago, while the kids are in school in L.A.
Sources tell TMZ.com that the estranged couple have been battling over the kids, who have been struggling ever since Kelsey picked up and left Camille for his new bride, Kayte Walsh, 29.
Insiders close to Camille, 42, tell TMZ that Kelsey’s move was completely uncalled for, considering Camille is a full-time mother who has done nothing but try and cooperate with her ex over a 50/50 custody deal.

Get ready to rock your Vanderpumps and straighten out your Grammer because Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will be returning to a TV screen near you! Actually Bravo hasn’t confirmed this but none other than Camille Grammer confirmed that the wives are set for a second season! According to TMZ she made this statement today during an appearance at the John Wayne Cancer Institute Associates for Breast Cancer Studies Mother’s Day Luncheon in L.A.
This is wonderful news and it looks like their is a probable addition to the crew as rumors are swelling that Brandi Glanville will become part of the cast. If you aren’t familiar, Glanville is the ex of actor Eddie Cibrian who is now hooked up with country-pop singer LeAnn Rimes.

Rimes has repeatedly attempted to clear her husband stealing rep but in the process posted a rather creepy stalkeresque bikini photo of herself that was a double of a twit-pic from Glanville. Brandi wasn’t too happy with Rimes when her marriage fell apart as you can imagine but the parties involved have since made kind-of-nice in a Twitter truce. Brandi and Eddie have two sons and all three adults have been seen together in celebration of one of the boy’s birthdays.
Camille’s story line involving her split from Kelsey Grammer was a good one for the show and Bravo may be looking to repeat that success by following Brandi as she works on raising her two boys while having to see LeAnn’s 400 tweets a day about how happy she is with Eddie.
The above photo was taken at today’s event. Camille was in attendance (and was the host) with her mother and both looked fabulous with Miss CG seriously pretty in pink.

Move over Camille Grammer -- TMZ has learned ... Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville has been selected to star in the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Sources close to the production tell TMZ, Brandi inked the deal very recently -- and has already begun shooting scenes for the show.
Camille herself made an official announcement today during a cancer research event at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons -- RHOBH will be returning later this year for another season.
So far, no official comment from Brandi or Bravo.

Now that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer is single, she might be thinking about going on a few dates sometime soon.
Grammer did open up about her ideal first date for whenever she does get back in the game, states CNN.
“[It] would be something fun, something out of the box—bungee jumping, ziplining,” Grammer said about a good first date, adding that anything “outrageous” would win her over.

Camille Grammer is a repeat offender.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star showed up to the Bravo Upfronts this week in a printed strapless dress that she had also recently worn on $#*! My Dad Says. Oops!
In a town where most people wouldn't be caught dead wearing the same thing twice, you'd think Camille would be prepared with fresh outfits for every red carpet. (It's not like she's short on cash, after receiving a sizable divorce settlement from ex Kelsey Grammer.)

But how is the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star rebounding?
"I'm a little nervous to jump back in the ring again honestly," Grammer said at the Bravo upfront event in Hollywood. "To trust again is going to be hard. I've been through a lot. I mean, I believe in love and I'm looking forward to dating. But how do you start after being with the same person for fourteen years?! I'm a bit nervous. Gun-shy!"
One person who's been there during her messy and not-so-private split from the Frasier star? Former enemy and Housewives costar Kyle Richards.
"She really has reached out to me during this time in my life," Grammer said. "Calling, texting, checking up, making sure that I'm OK. She'll write to me or call me saying, 'I'm thinking about you. Hope you are OK.' "
And while Camille and all five of her RHOBH costars walked the carpet, none would admit to knowing anything about coming back for the just-ordered second season of the hit series.
We're guessing that since all six showed up, there's a good chance they're not going anywhere any time soon.

The cast members of Real Housewives franchises have found fame and notoriety by exposing their lavish and tumultuous lives for the world's entertainment, and they dished on how their reality star status has affected their lives on Wednesday in Hollywood.
"I think Bravo's offered us a lot of opportunities, a lot of great experiences, that maybe we wouldn't have had without being on the show," said Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi, who started her own Gretchen Christine Beaute makeup line.
"It's like therapy," said Peggy Tanous. "A lot of our interactions - it ends up being like therapy at the end of the day."
Peggy revealed her battle with suicide brought on by postpartum depression on an episode of Real Housewives of Orange County that aired March 27.
"For me, it's been a good diversion," said Camille Grammer, who went through a public divorce battle with ex-husband Kelsey Grammer this year.
While the next season's cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has not been announced, the ladies of the O.C. indicated that their new season will be full of surprises.
"After next week's episode, I swear to God I have clothes on the rest of the season," Tamra Barney joked.

There have been heaps of will-they or won't-they gossip swirling around the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and exactly which nipped and tucked castmembers will return. But what's for real, here?
Team Truth can officially confirm that Camille Grammer has signed on the dotted line to return for season two and that Bravo is zeroing in on a new castmember.
"There's two contenders to join the cast," a source close to production tells us. "It is between Faye Resnick and Ayda Field. If I were to put money on it, I would say Ayda will be the new castmember."
Field, a pretty blonde soap actress with less plastic surgery (apparently) than the rest of the current cast, is married to pop star Robbie Williams. Hmmm, sounds like both spouses could use the show to give their careers a much needed boost?
A rep for Field would only confirm, "We've been approached."
And, of course, those who watched the first season of RHOBH will remember Kyle Richard's BFF Resnick, whom Camille Grammer famously referred to as "the morally corrupt Faye Resnick," in reference to her Playboy spread following the O.J. Simpson trial.
"Faye is shooting for the show already because she is an actual friend of the cast," explains the insider. "It is still unclear if Faye will remain a friend or become a central character on the show."
But Bravo had better figure it out fast, because the source tells us that the show started officially shooting on Tuesday!

The women of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are just about everywhere so it only makes sense that they talk about what is going on in their neighborhood.
Lisa Vanderpump is continuing to talk about her ‘Housewives’ castmate Camille Grammer and now also the controversy surrounding Charlie Sheen, states Radar Online. As far as Grammer, she thinks the newly divorced woman will be just fine: “The only way is up after what she has been through.”
But, Vanderpump thinks Sheen might have a little more of a struggle in front of him: “I think in the future he will not be proud of what he has done in the past. He needs help.”

The 56-year-old newlywed, who married Virgin flight attendant Kayte Walsh on February 25, has listed the property for a cool $7,900,000.
With six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, a wine gallery and tasting room, the ski-in, ski-out Avon, Co home is a lap of luxury.
The home was featured in Architectural Digest back in 2004,
Grammer purchased the property in 2002 when he was married to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.
Nine years later, the actor is set to make a profit of more than $2.5 million if the 8,230 square foot property sells for its asking price.
Grammar has a number of pricey homes across America and his his ex-wife and two children are still living at the sprawling Malibu compound which they bought for $4.5 million in 1998.

Dedra Whitt is Camille Grammer’s best friend and makeup artist, so she knows the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star so well! Dedra tells us all about working with Camille, and how they get her looking so beautiful for the Bravo cameras!
Eye Shadow: “I like shimmery shadows because they are light and pretty. They can really pop the eye if you use them appropriately– not all over, just in certain areas.” Dedra loves to use I Nuovi’s Metallogy: “They are almost three-dimensional.” Dedra also loves the lipsticks from this line: “They have flecks of gold so they kind of change color.”
Skincare Products: Camille’s favorite line is the exclusive Epicuren, which is “an amazing, amazing skincare line that really rejuvenates the skin.” (This line is available at spas and authorized retailers.)
Tanning Products: Though Camille’s glow is mostly natural from tanning outside, Dedra uses Sally Hansen tanning spray to enhance her color: “It actually works! We use it on her body.” (Sounds like Camille knows a beauty bargain when she finds one!) For Camille’s face, Dedra skips the tanning products and instead uses foundation in a slightly darker shade. Such a great tip!
Blending: “We always use the Beauty Blender to blend her foundation flawlessly!”
Dedra says that she always does Camille’s makeup for the show. “We joke about it. If your best friend is a makeup artist and you don’t know how to do your own makeup, then you ask her to do your makeup every day!” Dedra even traveled to NYC with the housewives for a press tour. Sounds like Dedra and Camille have a truly beautiful friendship!

All of our favorite ladies from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are resigning their contracts with the show for a second season, Hollywood Life exclusively confirms. Camille Grammer, Taylor Armstrong and Kim Richards were on the fence but they all said yes today.
“Taylor was hesitating because of the spotlight on her marriage which caused problems for her and her husband Russell, who is actually a genuinely good man,” says a source close to Lisa Vanderpump, another star of the show. “They actually have a pretty happy marriage but it wasn’t portrayed that way, but she wants another chance at showing how they really are in love with each other.”
And as for Camille? “She had the hardest decision to make after dealing with Kelsey so blatantly rushing to marry his mistress (Kayte Walsh), and she has her children to worry about,” reveals our insider. “But she is holding on strong for her children and we’ll be able to see how she deals with the grief in the new season. I’m sure she will show how dignified she can be in the face of her traumatic experience.”
“Kim and her sister Kyle obviously have a lot to work on, but they have both signed on as well,” continues our source.
“They are all very excited and will try to be more savvy about how they portray themselves. In reality, they get along better off-camera and want to show they aren’t just about shopping and cattiness.”
