After splitting a year ago, things seemed downright ugly as Halle Berry, 44, and Gabriel Aubry, 34, duked it out over custody of their adorable daughter Nahla, 3, over the past several months. Recently, she told Extra, "When there's a child involved, it's a relief when you can resolve things in a good way. Our issues were never about fighting for her". "We both know a child needs both her parents. But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. We need a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues," she explained.

On Sunday, Gabriel Aubry attended the L.A. Lakers game with Kardashian, 30, at his side. Aubry, 34, has kept a low profile since he and Berry, 43, announced their split in late April. They spent four years together, and have a daughter Nahla, 2. Berry has since stepped out with sexy French actor and Dark Tides costar Olivier Martinez but has said she and Aubry remain close.
