Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice hit Miami Beach with her 'juicy' husband Joe over the weekend.

The mother of four girls wore a sparkly green bikini as she and her hubby enjoyed the warm weather and cooling off in the water. The pair were down in Florida as a part of the reality star's book tour for her family cookbook, Fabulicious!

A week after Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice was arrested and charged with fraudulently obtaining a state driver’s license, as Radar Online was first to report, his mug shot has been released.

Teresa’s troubled husband was far from all-smiles after he was taken into custody last Friday when a multitude of police agencies stormed his house following an investigation that revealed he allegedly obtained a driver’s license from the Patterson branch of the Motor Vehicle Office using his brother’s identifying information in June 2010.

Prosecutors plan to claim the beefcake dad of four, 40, used his brother’s marriage license and birth certificate to obtain the forged license.

The same day he was arrested, his family fronted the $50,000 bail, and he was driven to the Poconos where Teresa was at a book signing.

Joe, whose real name is Giuseppe, is charged with Wrongfully Using Identifying Information of Another and faces up to 10 years in prison, as well as Forgery, which comes with a possible 18-month prison term.

This is not the reality star’s first run-in with the law. He spent 10 days in jail last year for driving with a suspended license and was even detained by Dominican Republic Police in February for his part in a violent bar brawl.

Joe was charged following an investigation involving three law enforcement agencies-- the Passaic County Prosecutor, its Financial Crimes Unit and the Montville Township Police Department.

A source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on stands now) that when the cast vacationed in the Dominican Republic last month, they "got into a fight with a whole bar!"

The squabble involved Teresa Giudice, her husband Joe and Caroline Manzo's sons, Albie and Christopher, at the Hard Rock's Moon Lounge on February 22.

The massive melee began when Teresa, 38, accidentally sprayed champagne on nearby patrons. "One guy started yelling at her," a witness tells Us. "Then Joe and the Manzo boys told him to back off. That's when they all started wailing on each other."

At one point, Teresa -- who flipped a table during the show's first season -- "went flying across the floor," the onlooker adds.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s troubled husband Joe Giudice briefly appeared before a judge at Paterson Municipal Court in New Jersey today, Radar Online can reveal.

Giudice, 40, who was arrested on Friday on charges he fraudulently obtained a New Jersey driver's license.

He was arraigned before Judge Philip Fenster and ordered to re-appear at Paterson Superior Court on April 19, 2011.

A court spokesperson told Radar Online: “He appeared briefly in person and told the judge he would have a lawyer at his next appearance – the $50,000 bail posted for him will remain in place until his next court appearance.”

According to local prosecutors, Giudice used his brother's ID and personal information to get a new license at a motor vehicle office in Paterson, NJ.

The charges include fraudulent use of an ID and forgery and carry a prison term of up to 10 years, according to reports.

Two friends posted $50,000 bond for Giudice over the weekend to get him out of jail before his court appearance this morning.

Teresa Giudice's controversial husband has been charged with Forgery and Wrongfully Using the Identifying Information of Another in an attempt to obtain a driver's license in his brother's name.

Officials claim he presented his brother's birth certificate and marriage license, and signed his brother's name to the application. Joe's own license is suspended as a result of a DUI conviction.

Radar Online broke all the exclusive details of the Real Housewives of New Jersey star's husband being busted, and now we've learned that as he sat in jail, she headed out to a public appearance as if nothing had happened.

Joe Giudice, 40, was arrested at the couple's home and charged with fraudulently obtaining a state driver's license. While he spent six hours being processed at a local police station, Teresa went to her book signing at the Mount Airy Casino Resort in the Poconos.

Joe was eventually picked up by two male family members, who posted his $50,000 bail. His mother drove him to meet Teresa, Radar Online can exclusively report.

Teresa later tweeted about their evening, completely ignoring the legal drama.

"Hanging out with my honey at Mt Airy Casino. Just finished dinner now we are going to check out the scene."

Later she wrote, "Just wanted to say thank you to all my fans who came out to see me. Love you guys."

Joe Giudice, whose own driver's license is suspended, is accused of using his brother's identity -- he presented his birth certificate and marriage license -- to obtain a new license for himself.

He faces up to 10 years in state prison if convicted on a charge of Wrongfully Using Identifying Information of Another, and 18 months on a Forgery charge.

Adding to a list of brushes with the law that includes a DWI arrest, forgery, concealing assets, and a bar brawl in the Dominican Republic, Joe was arrested Friday for creating a fake driver’s license! The bust took place at his Towaco, New Jersey home and was conducted by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Financial Crimes Unit, assisted by Montville police.

Teresa Giudice’s husband now faces charges of forgery and “wrongfully using the identifying information of another” for allegedly using his brother’s information to create a new driver’s license at the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles. As you might have guessed, his previously mentioned DWI arrest resulted in a suspended license so this must have been Big Joe’s creative solution.

According to the Baltimore Sun Joe faces up to ten years in prison if convicted.

Teresa Giudice, who famously flipped her lid (and a banquet table) on her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star Danielle Staub in a heated argument about Staub's criminal past, is having some legal troubles of her own, thanks to her husband's participation in a bar fight.

Radar Online reports that Teresa's husband, Joe, was detained by police in the Dominican Republic along with cast mate Caroline's sons, Albie Manzo and Chris Manzo, and the boys' roommate, Gregory Bennett.

After his clan accidentally spilled champagne on fellow bar patrons, a confrontation began, during which Joe Giudice allegedly hit one customer with a glass and beat another. The two men on the receiving end of the beatdown received minor lacerations in addition to one man's arm being fractured and the other man receiving a fractured leg. Chris, Albie and Gregory were allegedly protecting the women in the bar from the fight when they were detained.

A police representative said of the incident, "Usually when there's a fight we take one guy, but this time we took everybody."

While no charges were filed against the involved parties, who came to a verbal agreement, Radar sources say that Teresa and Joe Giudice remained in the Dominican Republic under supervision by their hotel for three days after the rest of their clan flew back to the Garden State.
