Jesse James, 41, and Kat Von D, 28, are engaged! They began dating over the summer and announced their engagement. Kat debuted the four-carat-plus platinum and diamond ring at the 16th Annual Los Angeles Art Show Opening Night Premiere Party. Jesse and Sandra Bullock split last year; their divorce was finalized in June. "There is no one else for me. He's the one," Kat told People.

Jesse James was spotted having dinner with fellow tattoo enthusiast and LA Ink star Kat Von D in Las Vegas Saturday night. Settling into a table at Palms Casino Resort's N9NE, the duo didn't bother spreading out in the oversized booth, but got cozy by sitting right next to each other. Toward the end of the meal, the duo were spotted holding hands. They continued holding hands as they left dinner and headed to a black Mercedes that James was driving.
