Just over a month after splitting from her latest beau, British rocker Rob Damiani, Kelly Osbourne, 26, has bagged herself another man. She is said to have fallen head over heels for long-time friend Anton Lombardi, a New York photographer and visual artist. Kelly was spotted hand-in-hand with Anton Lombardi, 25, this week in New York. Last July she called off her engagement to Worrall following claims he cheated on her numerous times. It came just four months after the pair announced they were set to marry. It was also claimed that he had an affair with pre-op transsexual Elle Schneider. In March Kelly was said to be down in the dumps again after splitting with Damiani after a brief fling.

Kelly Osbourne, 26, will take over the spokesperson role previously held by Taylor Momsen. Material Girl, designed by Madonna and her 14-year-old daughter, Lourdes, launched last summer with Momsen, 17, as its first spokesperson. On January 11, Lourdes, who writes the fashion label's blog, announced the line was "desperately seeking" a new face. The replacement is the latest hiccup for Momsen: In November she was reportedly suspended from Gossip Girl due to bad behavior. And in a December interview with Revolver magazine, Momsen blamed her parents for her "miserable attitude," which she later apologized for.

Kelly Osbourne, 26, is about to have surgery on both of her feet. "[Doctors] have to break bones in my feet and reset them," Osbourne explains. "I've put it off because I've not been ready to not walk for a month." Osbourne says that she had foot problems for a while but her time competing on Dancing with the Stars in 2009 kicked it up about ten years and made it worse.

After dramatically changing her diet and lifestyle, Kelly Osbourne, who turned 26 recently, has decided to bare nearly all in a new campaign. She celebrated her shapely figure by posing nearly naked in gold paint in the style of Shirley Eaton in Bond film Goldfinger. Kelly was persuaded to strip off to mark the launch of Sky+HD reaching over 50 channels in high definition. She now follows a low-carb, sugar free diet that is rich in protein and vegetables and spends three days a week at the gym and the other four doing 30 minute runs on the treadmill.

Kelly Osbourne, 25, wore a tight silver backless dress, fishnets tights and a red sparkly hat as she left Los Angeles' Viper Room after performing with the Pussycat Dolls on Wednesday night. She has slimmed down to a size two since her stint on TV competition Dancing with the Stars and celebrity choreographer Robin Antin took notice of her new-found confidence. Kim Kardashian, Eva Longoria and Kelly's mother Sharon also attended to show their support for Kelly.

Kelly Osbourne, 25, and fiance Luke Worrall, 20, have called it quits. The couple fueled split rumors Wednesday morning by exchanging angry messages on their Facebook pages. According to a source, Warrall had cheated. She Twittered Wednesday, "Thank you all so much for your support but the matter is private and will not be commenting enough damage has already been done!". A couple hours later, she Twittered that she would comment through song. The two who began dating in 2008 confirmed their engagement last year.
