A rep for Oksana Grigorieva, 40, is slamming reports that a brutal image of her with chipped front teeth has been altered. The photo released by RadarOnline.com is 'true and accurate' and real, according to Grigorieva's spokesman Stephen Jaffe tells Entertainment Tonight. The photo shows she with two damaged upper front teeth allegedly after a heated fight with Mel Gibson, with whom she is engaged in an ugly custody dispute over their 8-1/2 month-old daughter, Lucia. However, according to a source, although Grigorieva and Gibson, 54, did argue the day the photo was taken, it didn't turn physical.

Mel Gibson's soon-to-be ex-wife Robyn has filed a written, sworn declaration to the courts defending him in his possible domestic violence case. Detectives are currently investigating whether Gibson, 54, abused 40-year-old Grigorieva with whom he is in an ugly custody dispute over their 8 1/2-month-old daughter, Lucia in January. In her 1-page declaration, she states: "Mel never engaged in any physical abuse of any kind toward me before, during or after our marriage," the website states. During their 28 years of marriage (she filed for divorce last year), "Mel was a wonderful and loving father" to their seven children, she declares.

Mel Gibson, 54, is being investigated over a possible domestic violence incident involving his ex Oksana Grigorieva, 40. The attack allegedly occurred Jan. 6. On June 21, Grigorieva filed a restraining order against Gibson stating that he punched her in the face and knocked out her teeth. Gibson then turned around and filed his own restraining order against Grigorieva, prohibiting her from speaking about certain aspects of their case. They are both due in court July 20 over the restraining order.

Grigorieva claims that the Gibson has stiffed her on child support for their daughter Lucia, nearly 8 months. "He is not paying me a penny. Nothing," she says. Grigorieva adds angrily: "There are so many lies being said about me. I was trying to keep things dignified and be respectful to the father of my daughter, but what he is doing is cruelty." Gibson, 54, and Grigorieva, 40, split after a year of dating in April just a year after he divorced Robyn, his wife of 28 years and mother to seven of his kids. Robyn's settlement - Gibson was worth an estimated $900 million - was reportedly one of the most expensive in Hollywood history.
