Lindsay Lohan, 24, has checked into an undisclosed Southern California rehab facility. It's her fifth trip to a rehab facility. Lohan, who tested positive for cocaine weeks after being released from treatment following jail time stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest, spent 15 hours in jail before getting out Sept. 24 on $300,000 bail. She's next due in court Oct. 22.
