The Parents Television Council is begging for Miley Cyrus, 17, to be tamed. Council president Tim Winter slams her for sending the wrong message in her "sexualized" new video - Who Owns My Heart?. In the clip, a pantless Cyrus gyrates on her bed while primping for a night on the town. Once she arrives at a nightclub, the teen singer caresses her chest while she gropes older men on the dance floor. Cyrus on the other hand, insists she's just being Miley.
