It’s “absolutely not true,” Taylor shares exclusively with OK!. “My husband, Russell, and I are together and in love and happier than ever. But I do want to tell OK! exactly what did happened. I decided I needed to drop a few pounds, but I went to unhealthy extremes.”

How did it all start?
Russell brought home diet supplements two months ago because someone he knows wanted him to look at the company. We didn’t discuss the business end of it, but I started taking the supplements without him knowing. In the back of my mind I didn’t think they would even work, so I wasn’t worried — they were all natural and I thought you had to take prescription drugs to really ever lose weight.

Why did you think you needed them?
You know how it is as a woman; I was feeling my clothes were tight. I get everything tailored to fit me just right, so even if I gain just a few pounds my clothes don’t fit. I’d gained some weight because I was so busy with the show, being a wife and mother and running my start-up business (beautyticket.com). We went to charity events at night and I was eating unhealthy “event food” or drive-thru food, so I felt I needed to lose some weight. When I was taking the supplements, I had so much energy and wasn’t hungry — I thought it was great at first.

Has Russell ever made you feel self-conscious about your body?
Not at all. As a matter of fact, like most men, he likes me best when I am voluptuous. Recently we were looking at photos and he pointed out one and said I looked so lovely in it. I laughed as I told him: “I was five months pregnant there!”

When did you know you’d gone too far?
It was Russell who got me to admit the truth. He saw I wasn’t eating much and that I was too thin. I wasn’t weighing myself or taking my measurements, but when he said it I knew he was right.

And Barney dished to Radar Online on her no-starvation spring slim-down.

Barney didn't like what she saw earlier this year when she noticed bikini picture of her splashed across the pages of a magazine during a recent Mexico vacation with boyfriend Eddie Judge.

There was no doubt about it: She was packing on the pounds!

And love apparently was the cause of it all.

"Usually when you are happy in love and comfortable in a relationship, you tend to gain weight, or as I like to call it, love chub," Barney said, adding that she and Judge put on 10 pounds since the start of their relationship.

The blonde beauty added she was told about the SENSA Weight-Loss System from Patti Stranger, who herself lost 25 pounds on the plan.

And Barney liked it well enough to hook on Judge, who started the men's program.

"With the summer right around the corner, Eddie and I want to be in top shape, but we still want to enjoy weekend getaways and eating out," Barney said. "It's the ideal weight-loss system because it helps control our appetite without restrictive dieting."

Tamra told Radar that she also has been hitting the gym hard.

"I felt everything was out of my control," Snow, 37, tells Us Magazine exclusively of the time period in which she was prompted to slim down. "I had no control over anything that was happening in my life and the weight and working out was something I could control."

Snow credits her close friend and personal trainer, Trey Crump, with keeping her motivated through her relationship troubles.

"[When] Trey heard [of my divorce], he texted me and was like 'Meet me at the gym at 6 a.m.' He didn't ask me any questions, we just worked out. That was his way of getting me out of bed and then once I started, I just got consistent."

As for her diet, Snow -- who works out two hours a day and says she'd like to lose 10 more pounds -- is sure to eat in moderation.

"I supplement with protein shakes and I try to stay away from carbs," Snow tells Us. "Sometimes I'll have seafood or vegetables. Basically it's portion size, a maintenance thing."

Three years after her stint on Housewives, Snow is ready to impart her body confidence secrets to others through scripted TV dramas and yes, another reality series.

"All of my projects are basically to empower and encourage young women," Snow says. "The hardest thing in life is to believe that things happen for a reason. You can't be a victim, you have to be a victor -- press through it -- and know that success is the best revenge."

One addition to the next season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey? Jacqueline Laurita's hot new bod! The Housewife star reveals how she trimmed off 30 pounds in the new issue of Life & Style.

Jacqueline gained 55 pounds while pregnant with her son Nicolas but after giving birth in June 2009, she still had 30 pounds to lose.

Thanks to regular workouts and Medifast meal replacements (including shakes, soups and bars, all supplemented with one meal of protein and veggies per day), the 5-foot-3 reality star has trimmed down to her current weight of 120 pounds. "I lost 12 pounds the first two weeks," Jacqueline, 40, tells Life & Style. "I'm able to get back into my old jeans -- I can't believe it!"

And she can't wait to show off her svelte figure on Real Housewives, which resumes later this year. "It's going to be the best season we've ever had," she says.

A big weight loss was revealed by a member of Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey this past week.

Jacqueline Laurita, 40, celebrated in New York City, reaching her post-baby weight loss goal as she hit the down 50 lbs mark.

For the first time, Jacqueline debuted her tiny post-baby body since having her son Nicholas in June 2009.

She credited the Medifast diet and regimented exercise for her new figure. She even claimed that she was able to lose 12 lbs within the first two weeks.

Jacqueline shared with Bravo that she was comfortable now in front of the cameras since losing the extra weight and cannot wait to show off her better-than-ever physique during the new season of Real Housewives which resumes later this year on the network.
