A rep for Oksana Grigorieva, 40, is slamming reports that a brutal image of her with chipped front teeth has been altered. The photo released by RadarOnline.com is 'true and accurate' and real, according to Grigorieva's spokesman Stephen Jaffe tells Entertainment Tonight. The photo shows she with two damaged upper front teeth allegedly after a heated fight with Mel Gibson, with whom she is engaged in an ugly custody dispute over their 8-1/2 month-old daughter, Lucia. However, according to a source, although Grigorieva and Gibson, 54, did argue the day the photo was taken, it didn't turn physical.
