Eva Longoria has been photographed on a yacht in Miami Beach with pal Eduardo Cruz, brother of actress Penelope. Photos of the two showed up here. The two previously had been spotted together a few times since October, but her rep has insisted that they are just friends. Eduardo became an uncle a few weeks ago, when sis Penelope and her husband Javier Bardem welcomed a baby boy.
