Katy Perry, 26, was spotted in concert in Milan Wednesday night with a whopping eight outfit changes on stage, plus a ninth before her show. She took the stage at the Assago Forum as part of her California Dreams European Tour but looked more like a fast changing model than a popstar. Katy kicked off her California Dreams Tour earlier in the week in Portugal and will be performing across Europe, North America, Australia and Japan during her tour.
