RFT/PATCH v2 0/6 - Micro-optimize vclock_gettime
This series speeds up vclock-gettime(CLOCK-MONOTONIC) on by almost 30% (tested on Sandy Bridge). I'm hoping someone can test this with Ingo's time-warp-test, which you can get h.
