Sure the photo looks serene: Teresa Giudice with her husband Joe sipping cocktails poolside with Lauren and Albie Manzo in the Dominican Republic. But this photo is hot on the heels of stories that surfaced late last month that a man had been hospitalized after a glass was allegedly smashed on his head during a brawl involving cast members of the Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

And that’s not the only bad news for Teresa – it seems a Christian comedian, Jeffrey Mishler, is suing NBCU and Fabulicious LLC, a company ran by Teresa, for infringing upon the trademark of Mishler’s phrase “Happy wife, Happy life” for which he obtained a trademark for in 2004.

“The defendants’ goods and services are in conflict with the image Mishler associates with his comedy and his products,” the suit says. “Specifically, the Real Housewives of New Jersey depicts a lifestyle and behavior which are considered crude, offensive, and unsavory to a segment of the public, particularly those who seek out Christian and/or family-friendly entertainment, key consumers of Mishler’s goods and services.”
