Selena Gomez, 18, and Justin Bieber, 16, have been busy fueling the romance rumor mill. They were seen smooching during a vacation in the Caribbean over the weekend. They first sparked relationship rumors in December after they were seen getting cuddly while sharing breakfast at an IHOP. Selena played coy when Us caught up with her a few days later. "It was pancakes! Oh my gosh!" she told Us, adding that Bieber is one of my best friends...It was just pancakes!"
