Cheryl Cole, 27, smoulders on the cover of her new album Messy Little Raindrops, wearing an orange and pink dress with fierce Christian Louboutin spiked leopard-print boots. The cover has been revealed ahead of the album's release on November 1st. Promise This, the first single from the album, is already proving a success and she is hoping to increase popularity of the track when she performs it live on The X Factor on 24th October.
