The shocking news that David Arquette and Courteney Cox have separated after 11 years of marriage took everyone by surprise this week, except Cox's longtime pal Jennifer Aniston. She, in a role reversal, is playing the part of comforter. Cox, 46, cared for Aniston, 41, after her divorce from Brad Pitt and a string of other dead-end relationships, including John Mayer and Bradley Cooper. Perhaps that is why Cox just couldn't take care of David Arquette anymore, he suggested in a very candid Howard Stern interview Tuesday.
