My best friends sold their beautiful, beautiful house today. With all their children now gone & living all around Australia, they want to travel, act irresponsibly & spontaneously & just generally, be able to fulfil any whim at a moments notice. However there's been many tears today, as its been an incredibly warm & welcoming house, always full of friends & family & much laughter & happiness. I'll miss those wonderful late nights at their dining table - the 'friendly' arguments, the jibes, the laughter & the love. I know people will say, it's just a house, just the bricks & mortar, but there's been such a strong connection between them & that house, the moment of final separation in a couple of months will be a difficult one to bear.
