Lady Gaga, 24, showed off her latest tattoo in another shocking ensemble at the LAX airport wearing a unique metal accessory and very little else. Luckily for Gaga, she wasn't breaking any airport security laws by toting a pair of handcuffs and chain. The fresh ink (located on her upper left thigh) features a unicorn's head with the title of her third album, Born This Way, wrapped around its horn.
