Just days after being released from jail, Lindsay Lohan will head back to rehab to try to clean up her act. No specific rehab center has been named, and Lohan's exact check-in date is being kept under wraps. However, a source close to Lohan said she is going into treatment for herself and not to sway the judge. Lohan came to this decision after being bailed out of jail late Friday night, where she was originally sentenced to 30 days with no bail, because of a failed drug test.
