On Thursday afternoon, Lindsay Lohan, 24, wrote her first Twitter entry in 36 days. "Clearly.. Paparazzi shouldn't be allowed to take pictures or video while someone's driving or at a stop light. 4every1's sake," Lohan wrote, using the hash-tag "trafficpolice". After being sprung from UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday, Lohan was photographed for the first time in a Beverly Hills parking garage holding an energy drink, ROCKSTAR, in her left hand. She skipped the L.A. premiere of her flick Machete, where cast and crew wished her well.
