Patricia Arquette, 42, has made her split from husband Thomas Jane, 41, official. She filed for divorce from her husband last Friday, Los Angeles court records show. Arquette is seeking primary physical and legal custody of their daughter Harlow, 7, and is asking the court to deny Jane any spousal support. She first filed for divorce from Jane in January 2009, but the two reconciled later that year. They met through friends in 2001 and were married in Italy in May 2006.
