Mel Gibson, 54, was uninjured after getting into a car accident Sunday in Malibu. He was driving solo when he lost control of his 2008 Maserati at 8:35 p.m. and crashed it into a rocky hillside. Gibson is currently embroiled in an ugly custody battle with his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva over their 9-month-old daughter Lucia.
